With 13 years’ experience in allied-mental health services and having begun her work at Fernhills as a member of our administration/intake team, Jacki has a deep understanding of client needs and the complex & varied work carried out by our large team of psychologists.

In her role as practice manager, Jacki is committed to driving positive change and implementing processes to enhance efficiency and the overall experience for clients, contractors, and staff.
