Anne Marie Collins

Anne Marie Collins is a warm, gentle and highly experienced Registered Psychologist. She has decades of experience working with children, families, adults and older adults in the non- government sector including as a clinical leader and service manager, in a private practice and for the last ten years in providing family reports for Courts.

Anne Marie uses a trauma informed therapeutic approach, compassionate inquiry and is sensitive to emerging neurodivergent ways of being. She uses cognitive behavioural and creative therapies to engage and support growth, particularly when talking is the non-preferred primary means of communication, or if it is too difficult initially, when being less verbal is likely to be more comfortable. Anne Marie is a qualified Tuning into Kids and Tuning into Teens program facilitator and can provide that coaching/training on an individual basis for parents.

Anne Marie enjoys engaging with children, adolescents & adults. She completely supports and understands the rights of children to health and wellbeing including psychological wellbeing, and supports their privacy within the legal limits.
